Our cheerleading courses are for children aged between 5 and 18 years old, split into age based classes, children learn a variety of cheer dance moves and steps and as they get older can start to learn stunts and enter competitions.
Cheerleading takes alot of practise and is great for children to learn new skills through team building as well as individual skills whilst learning the choreography. 
 
 
The classes will be split as follows:
 
 5-8 year olds
   9-11 year olds 
    12-15 year olds
    16-18 year olds

This clip is showing mainly stunts, and children will only be learning this as they get older.
