Irish Dancing

Some people still look at Irish Dancing as a strict form of dance, but it too has changed with the times.

We teach Irish dance to children from the age of 4 through to Adult classes.

We have taken Irish Dance and added a modern twist, so we do not wear traditional dresses, wigs and poodle socks..... we do however have a uniform that we expect all children to wear with the correct dance shoes. We also provide dance costumes for our shows, and are often invited to different venues to perform through-out the year.

The children's classes are split into ability based classes, this generally does involve similar aged children in the same classes but we can not guarantee this, Our classes are split as follows:

Lepricorns

Shamrocks

Celtic Fire

Storm Troupers

As with all of our classes, you can pay as you go for the first 2 lessons until you are certain your child enjoys the class, then we require the rest of the term to be paid in advance.

Our Adult Irish Dance sessions have the same disciplines as our youth classes but are a little more relaxed. They are aimed at those who want to dance their way to fitness whilst having great fun!

We can't guarentee that you'll get that phone call from the producers of Riverdance but we can assure you that you will enjoy every moment and feel the benefits in your personal fitness at the same time.
